Ingredients
- 2 cups COOKED angel hair pasta
- 1 cup SLICED * MUSHROOMS
- 2 tablespoons SLICED scallions
- 4 tablespoons white wine
- 1 teaspoon margarine
- 1 tablespoon flour
- * TO TASTE salt
- * TO TASTE pepper
- dash nutmeg
- 1 cup * LOWFAT MILK
- 2 tablespoons GRATED Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup FRESH OR CANNED * CRABMEAT
- 1 tablespoon (OPTIONAL) fresh parsley

Preparation
Step 1
COMBINE MUSHROOMS, ONION, BUTTER AND WINE. COOK UNTIL VEGS. ARE TENDER.
IN SAUCEPAN, MAKE WHITE SAUCE WITH FLOUR AND MILK. ADD SALT, PEPPER, AND NUTMEG.
POUR OVER VEGETABLES. ADD CRABMEAT AND PARMESAN CHEESE. (CAN ADD MORE PARMESAN CHEESE IF YOU LIKE.)
COOK OVER LOW HEAT FOR A FEW MINIUTES. SPOON OVER HOT DRAINED PASTA.
