Ingredients

  • 3 oz cooked boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
  • 1/2 cup cooked carrots, thickly sliced
  • 1/2 cup snow peas, steamed
  • 2 tbsp teriyaki sauce
  • 1/2 cup cooked brown rice

Preparation

Step 1

Combine chicken, steamed carrots and steamed snow peas in a skillet; add teriyaki sauce and heat through.

Serve over rice
