Rumskey Cocktail

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz White Rumskey (or .75 oz White whiskey and .75 oz White rum)
• 1 oz Fresh lemon juice
• .5 oz Ginger liqueur
• .75 oz Simple syrup (one part sugar, one part water)

How to make the Rumskey Cocktail

Add all ingredients to a shaker and fill with ice. Shake, and double strain into a highball glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a lemon peel.
