ITALIAN MEAT LOAF

Ingredients

  • 2 LB GROUND CHUCK
  • 1/2 CUP LA ROMANELLA BREAD CRUMBS
  • 1/2 CUP LA ROMANELLA PARMESAN CHEESE
  • 1/4 CUP ITALIAN SEASONING
  • 2 TABLESPOONS DRY CHOPPED ONIONS
  • 1 TABLESPOON MINCED GARLIC
  • 1/2 TABLESPOON PEPPER
  • 2 LARGE EGGS, SCRAMBLED
  • 1/2 CUP FAVOURITE BBQ SAUCE + SOME TO POUR OVER TOP

Preparation

Step 1

MIX ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER IN A LARGE BOWL THOROUGHLY. THEN FOAM INTO A LOAF AND PLACE INTO A BAKING DISH.

POUR BBQ SAUCE OVER TOP AND SET ASIDE.

PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 F. ONCE OVEN IS HOT PLACE MEAT LOAF INTO OVEN AND BAKE 45- 55 MINUTES TILL NO LONGER PINK IN THE MIDDLE OR 165 F WITH THERMOMETER
