- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1/4 cup * BEET LIQUID
- 1 tablespoon butter

DRAIN BEETS, RESERVING LIQUID. COMBINE SUGAR AND CORNSTARCH IN VINEGAR.
STIR IN BEET LIQUID. STIR OVER LOW HEAT UNTIL THICKENED. ADD BEETS AND BUTTER. HEAT.
