T-Bone to a T

Ingredients

  • 1 2-lb T-Bone steak
  • 1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 medium onion, cut in rings

Preparation

Step 1

Marinate a 2-lb steak with the Worcestershire sauce and onion for 30 minutes.

Grill 5-inches from heat for 5 minutes on each side. Baste with extra marinade.

MY NOTES: Cook the onions too, on a grill pan on the side.
