  • 1/2 cup drained and rinsed black beans
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon finely-chopped fresh cilantro
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 jalapeño pepper seeded, and finely chopped
