- 1 seedless cucumber washed, and cut into 1/2" dice
- 1/2 medium mango cut 1/3" dice
- 1/2 cup drained and rinsed black beans
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- 1 tablespoon finely-chopped fresh cilantro
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 jalapeño pepper seeded, and finely chopped
