    pound bone-in pork loin roast

    cup fresh or frozen cranberries coarsely chopped

  • 1/4

    cup Atkins Sugar Free Pancake Syrup

  • 1

    canned chipotle en adobo chopped

  • 2

    teaspoons grated fresh ginger

  • 1/2

    teaspoon salt

  • 1/4

    teaspoon freshly-ground black pepper

Directions
