White Sauce

Ingredients

  • 6 Tbsp butter
  • 6 Tbsp flour
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 3/4 tsp pepper
  • 3 cups milk

Preparation

Step 1

Melt butter and add flour and seasonings to make a roue. Remove from heat and gradually add milk. Bring to a boil and boil for 1 minute.
