Asparagus in Wine

  • 1/2 lb. asparagus
  • 2 T. margarine, melted
  • 2 T. white wine
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Wash asparagus and snap off ends. Cook asparagus in microwave for 5 to 6 minutes until tender. Combine margarine and wine, pour over asparagus. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes.
