  • 1 pound ham finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon or country-style mustard
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 1 shallot finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon finely-chopped dill pickle

Preparation

Step 1

In a mixing bowl, combine ham, mustard, mayonnaise and cayenne. Mix well. Stir in shallot and pickle.
