Ingredients
- 1 lb. hamburger, raw
- 1/2 cup rice, uncooked - long grain or instant
- 1/2 cup water
- garlic
- chopped onion
- salt & pepper
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 can water
- 1 T Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
Step 1
Mix together hamburger, uncooked rice & water. Add to taste: garlic, chopped onion, salt & pepper. (I usually use some Italian seasoning with the salt & pepper instead.)
Shape into balls and put in casserole dish.
Mix together:
1 can tomato sauce
1 can water
1 T Worcestershire sauce
Mix together & pour over balls. Bake, covered at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
