Ingredients
- 1 sm. can mandarin oranges
- 4 eggs
- 1 box Duncan Hines yellow butter cake mix
- 1/2 c. Wesson oil
- 1 c. crushed pineapple
- 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
- 1 lg. container Cool Whip
Preparation
Step 1
Mix oranges, eggs, cake mix and oil. Bake in 3 greased and floured layered cake pans at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. While cake bakes, sprinkle pudding mix over pineapple and stir with spoon until mixed. Put Cool Whip in large mixing bowl and fold in pudding and pineapple mixture. Put icing in refrigerator until cake bakes and cools. Ice cake and keep refrigerated.
