Ingredients
- 2 lb. boneless beef round streak, cut into pieces
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 tbs. oil
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 1 1/2 cups chopped carrots
- 1 1/2 cup beef broth
- 2 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
- 1 tsp. dried minced garlic

Step 1
In large food storage bag, place beef, flour, salt & pepper. Seal bag & shake to coat beef evenly.
In large nonstick skilled, heat 1 tsp. oil over medium-high heat. Add half the beef; cook 4-5 minutes, turning once until browned on all sides. Repeat with remaining oil & beef.
Spray 4 quart slow cooker with cooking spray. Place onions & carrots in cooker & place beef on top. In medium bowl, mix broth, tomato sauce & garlic; pour over beef. Cover & cook on low 7-9 hours or until meat is tender.
