- 4 oz cooking shrimp, peeled & deveined
- 1 1/2 cup packaged coleslaw mix (cabbage & carrots)
- 2 medium uncooked scallions, chopped
- 2 tbsp teriyaki sauce
- 1/2 cup cooked brown rice
