Ingredients

  • 4

    oz cooking shrimp, peeled & deveined

  • cup packaged coleslaw mix (cabbage & carrots)

  • 2

    medium uncooked scallions, chopped

  • 2

    tbsp teriyaki sauce

  • ½

    cup cooked brown rice

Directions

Combine all ingredients (except rice) in a skillet. Toss and heat through. Serve over rice.
