Ingredients
- 1/2 pound shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/3 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly-ground white pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

Step 1
In a double boiler, melt the Swiss and parmesan cheeses. Add the rest of the ingredients. Blend well and simmer, stirring constantly for 5 minutes and serve.
