Ingredients

    cup sour cream

  • 1/4

    cup mayonnaise

  • 2

    tablespoons lemon juice

  • 1/2

    teaspoon salt

  • 1/4

    teaspoon Tobasco sauce (or your favorite hot sauce)

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and heat gently. Do not allow to boil. Spoon over vegetables when ready to serve. Ideal with cooked asparagus, broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower or green beans. This recipe yields 6 servings; 2.1 carb grams per serving.
