Ingredients
- 6 slices bacon
- 1 medium onion, chopped (1/2 cup)
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 pound ground pork
- 1/2 pound ground veal
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/3 cup quick-cooking oats
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 egg
- Topping
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Step 1
Heat oven to 350 degrees. In 10 inch skillet, cook bacon until crispy; drain on paper towels, reserving 1 tablespoon drippings in skillet. Crumble bacon' set aside. Cook onion in bacon drippings over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until tender.
In a large bowl, mix onion and remaining meat loaf ingredients except bacon. Spray broiler pan rack with cooking spray. On rack in pan, shape mixture in 10X5 loaf. Bake 50 minutes
In a small bowl, mix all topping ingredients. Spread over top an sides of loaf. Sprinkle bacon over top.
