- 3 large eggs
- 1/4 cup cream cheese softened
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 2 tablespoons Splenda
- 1/4 cup Atkins Bake Mix
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Step 1
In blender, mix first four ingredients and blend until creamy. Add dry ingredients; blend until well mixed and creamy. Prepare as usual for your waffle maker.
