Spiced Cranberry Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 box fresh cranberries - (16 oz)
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 2 teaspoons grated orange peel (fresh is best!)
- 1 dash allspice
- 1 dash cloves
- 10 drops orange extract
- 5 drops red food color (optional)
- 1 cup Splenda
- Liquid sweetener equal to 1 cup sugar (sacharine, cyclamate, etc.)

Preparation
Step 1
Bring cranberries, water and orange peel to a boil. Boil until the skin of the berries pop open (about 5 minutes).
Remove from heat, add remaining ingredients, and mix till thoroughly combined. Cool in refrigerator before serving.
This recipe yields appoximately 3 cups; 1 carb gram per tablespoon serving.
