  • 16 1/2 oz. unsalted butter
  • 13 1/2 oz dark brown sugar
  • 18 oz. granulated sugar
  • 6 large eggs
  • 5 tsp. vanilla
  • 9 3/4 oz dutch process cocoa powder
  • 4 1/2 oz cake flour
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 12 oz semi sweet chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1

. Cream butter, add in both sugars, and cream together, add in one egg at a time and the vanilla,

. Sift together the flour and cocoa powder

. Add in the rest of the dry ingredients one cup at a time, mix thoroughly to combine, stir in the chocolate chips

. Pour batter on a greased, parchment lined 1/2 sheet pan and spread evenly, bake at 350 degrees until done
