Ingredients
- 16 1/2 oz. unsalted butter
- 13 1/2 oz dark brown sugar
- 18 oz. granulated sugar
- 6 large eggs
- 5 tsp. vanilla
- 9 3/4 oz dutch process cocoa powder
- 4 1/2 oz cake flour
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 12 oz semi sweet chocolate chips

Preparation
Step 1
. Cream butter, add in both sugars, and cream together, add in one egg at a time and the vanilla,
. Sift together the flour and cocoa powder
. Add in the rest of the dry ingredients one cup at a time, mix thoroughly to combine, stir in the chocolate chips
. Pour batter on a greased, parchment lined 1/2 sheet pan and spread evenly, bake at 350 degrees until done
