Roasted Red Pepper Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 full jar of roasted red pepper
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes\
  • s & p
  • 14 oz can crushed tomato

Preparation

Step 1

1. Store bought ravioli – preheat some oil in a large skillet.
2. Make an egg wash with the milk and the eggs. Dip the Ravioli in the egg wash then toss in the bread crumbs.
3. Fry in the oil – top with cheese while it’s still hot.
4. Combine the all the ingredients for the roasted red pepper sauce in a food processor until smooth. Serve with the ravioli.
