Ingredients
- 1 c sugar
- 1/2 c butter
- 1 c evaporated milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3 large eggs
- 1 1/3 c flaked coconut
- 1 c chopped pecans

Preparation
Step 1
. Combine egg yolks, evaporated milk, and sugar in a saucepan and cook constantly stirring until thickened
. Turn off heat and stir in vanilla, coconut and pecans, let frosting sit for 30 minutes until thickened
