Stir-Fry Vegetables

Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. olive oil
  • 1 c. broccoli
  • 1 c. cauliflower
  • 1 c. carrots
  • 1 c. celery
  • 1 c. green pepper
  • 1 c. onion
  • 2 T. oyster sauce
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • 1 clove diced garlic
  • 1 tsp. sliced ginger

Preparation

Step 1

Saute garlic, ginger and onion in olive oil until onions are soft. Then add remaining vegetables to cook to your liking. Add soy sauce and oyster sauce. Place mixture over rice (2 cups water to 1 cup rice). Makes 4 servings.
