Snicker Doodles

Ingredients

• 1/2 c margarine softened
• 1 1/2 c sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 2 eggs
• 2 3/4 c flour
• 1 tsp cream of tartar
• 1/2 tsp soda
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 2 T sugar
• 2 tsp cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400*.

Cream margarine and sugar. Add vanilla and eggs.

Sift dry ingredients, mix with wet mixture slowly.

Shape into 1 inch balls.

Combine 2 T sugar and cinnamon.

Roll balls in sugar and cinnamon mixture.

Bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
