Pork Chops and Rice

  • Pork Chops and rice
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 can water
  • 1 c. rice (regular)

Preparation

Step 1

Brown pork chops and drain on paper towels. Mix cram of mushroom soup, chream of chicken soup, cream of celery soup, and can of water. Mix with uncooked rice. Put in a 9x13-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray. Lay pork chops on top. Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Can also use chicken instead of pork chops and serve rice mixture as a side dish without meat.
