Ravioli

  • 2 eggs
  • Splash of milk
  • 3 c bread crumbs
  • ½ c cheese

Preparation

Step 1

1. In a pot with boiling water - cook the ravioli until al dente.
2. Coat each ravioli with the milk - then with the bread crumb and cheese miture; and drop into a pan with 2 -3 tablespoons of hot oil.
3. Crisp up on each side and serve hot.
