Banana Chia Seed Pudding

  • 1/2 a ripe banana, cut into smaller pieces
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup chia seeds
  • Dash of vanilla extract
  • Honey, to taste (optional)
  • Chocolate chips (optional

Preparation

Step 1

Blend the banana pieces with the milk in a blender or food processor.

Pour the mixture into a mason jar.

Add the rest of the ingredients.

Stir, cover, and refrigerate for at least an hour.

Shake the jar.

Leave overnight.
