  • 2 – 4 cups chopped spinach
  • 3 ribs chopped celery
  • 3 carrots, shredded
  • 1 chopped bell pepper
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 6 garlic cloves, mined
  • 8 cups chicken broth
  • 1/2 tsp. cumin
  • 1/2 tsp. dried thyme
  • Salt to taste
