Ingredients
- 4-6 chicken breasts(cut up)
- 2 big onions
- 3 big tomatoes
- 2 tsp curry powder
- 1/2 tsp chilli powder
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- 1 tsp parlic powder
- 1/4 tsp tumeric
- salt to taste
- 1 can coconut milk
Preparation
Step 1
Chop onions and fry in 4tsp oil. Add garlic and ginger powders, and fry for 3 mins. Add chopped tomatoes, curry powder, chilli powder and tumeric and salt.
Add coconut milk and cut up chicken. Simmer until chicken is cooked and gravy has thickened.
