Ingredients
- Topping:
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 pkg. yeast
- 1 egg
- 3 c. flour
- Raisins
- Sugar
- Cinnamon
- Melted Butter
Preparation
Step 1
Mix 1 package yeast in 1/2 cup warm water and let set 5 minutes. Cream egg, butter and sugar. Add milk, salt and yeast, gradually add flour; knead dough. Add raisins and put in round cake pan (greased), top with melted butter, cinnamon and sugar. Let rise 1 hour. Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
