Crockery Pot Ribs

Ingredients

  • 1 can beef bouillon soup
  • 1/2 cup apricot preserves
  • 3 tbls vinegar
  • 2 tbls worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbls brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 1/2 lbs pork ribs
  • 1 medium onion sliced

Preparation

Step 1

In a bowl, blend preserves, vinegar, worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, and salt. Put ribs in crockpot and pour sauce over top. Add onion.

Cover and cook on low heat for 8 hours. Skim off fat.

Serve over noodles or rice.
