Ingredients

• 1/2 cup Dijon mustard
• 1/4 cup honey
• 1 chipotle pepper in adobo sauce, minced
• 2 teaspoons adobo sauce (optional)
• 1 teaspoon cider vinegar

In a large mixing bowl (or food processor) combine all ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate until ready to use
