Ingredients

  • Sauce:
  • 6-8 # Rib Roast
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 Cup of Sour Cream
  • 1/2 Cup of horseradish
  • 1 Tbsp. of Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tbsp. of Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. of Minced Chives

Preparation

Step 1

Rib should be room temp. 1-2 hours. Preheat oven to 375. Rub with seasoning (salt and pepper). Place on rack, rib side down. Roast for 1 hr.

TURN OFF OVEN, DO NOT OPEN

Rib may remain in oven 3 hours, no more then 5 hours. Turn oven on to 375 for another 30-45 min. (I do this longer, for less rare meat)

DO NOT OPEN DOOR!

Cool 15 min. before carving.

Sauce:
Blend and Chill for 3 hours.
