Ingredients
- 1 1/2 qt. fresh strawberries
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 10 oz. pkg. frozen raspberries, thawed
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 1 tbsp. orange liqueur
- 1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
Preparation
Step 1
Wash and drain the strawberries. Slice if you wish and sprinkle them with the sugar. Toss, cover and chill. In blender, blend raspberries, 2 tablespoons sugar, orange liqueur and lemon juice. Cover and chill. Just before serving, ladle sauce over strawberries. Serves 8. This sauce can also be used over pound cake or ice cream.
