Lemon Cake Dessert

  • Cake:
  • 1 pkg. lemon cake mix
  • 1 sm. pkg. lemon jello
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 c. vegetable oil
  • 3/4 c. water
  • Glaze:
  • 2 c. powdered sugar
  • 1/2 c. lemon juice

Preparation

Step 1

CAKE: Mix lemon jello with cake mix. Beat together eggs, oil and water. Beat cake mix into egg mixture and pour into a greased and floured 9x13-inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Let cake cool for 20 minutes. Prick entire top of cake with fork.
GLAZE: Mix together powdered sugar and lemon juice, pour it over top of cake.
