Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream, at room temperature
- 2 egg yolks, beaten
- 1 tbs tarragon vinegar, or white wine vinegar
- 1 tbs finely chopped onion
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp dried tarragon
- 1/4 tsp salt

Step 1
Place butter in a 2-cup measure. Microwave on high for 1 minute or until melted. Whisk in remaining ingredients. Microwave on medium power for 3 minutes, whisking every minute, or until thickened.
