Chocolate chip cookies

Ingredients

  • ¾ c unsalted butter
  • 1 c brown sugar
  • ¼ c granulated sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 c apf
  • 2 tsp corn starch
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 8 oz bittersweet chocolate

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat the oven to 350.
2. Cream together the butter and the sugar until smooth. Add the egg and the vanilla. Stir in your dry ingredients in 3 batches. Now stir in your chocolate chips.
3. Each cookie can be a tablespoon each. Bake for 8 – 10 mins or until golden brown around the edges.
