Pork Chop Monterey

Ingredients

  • 6 pork chops
  • 6 large onion slices (one on each chop)
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 3/4 tsp. Salt
  • 1/8 tsp. Pepper
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup chili sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Put chops in pan; top with onion slices. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chops. Cover tightly. Bake 1 to 1 ½ hours in 350 oven or until tender.
