Ingredients
- 1 egg white
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 cups milk
- 3 tbsp. tapioca
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
Beat egg white, add 2 tbsp. sugar. Beast until meringue stands in soft peaks.
Mix egg yolk, milk, salt, tapioca and 2 tbsp. sugar in saucepan. Cook until mixture comes to a full boil (5 - 8 minutes). Remove from heat.
Slowly stir hot mixture into egg white. Add vanilla. Let stand 15 - 20 minutes then stir.
