Pollock Lasagna Recipe

Ingredients

  • Bechamel:
  • 2 1/2 cups milk (or more)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 6 tbsp butter (melted)
  • 6 tbsp flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Pasta:
  • 1 package lasagna noodles
  • Spaghetti sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Mix the bechamel ingredients together over medium heat until smooth and creamy and thickish.

In a 9 x 13" dish, smear bottom with a bit of meat sauce. Place pasta, overlapping strips, over sauce. Spread more sauce over the pasta, then some bechamel sauce. Add another layer of lasagna and repeat sauces. Make about 6 layers (or less). After last layer of pasta, add bechamel on top.

Cover tightly with aluminum foil. Bake about 40 minutes at 350 F. Can take foil off for the last 5-10 minutes.
