Ingredients
- 5 cups egg noodles, yolk-free, cooked
- 2 cups lowfat cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 8 ounces vanilla yogurt, nonfat
- 4 ounces neufchatel cheese, in bits
- 2 egg whites
- 1/2 cup egg beaters® 99% egg substitute
Preparation
Step 1
1. Heat oven to 375.
2. Mix all ingredients. Pour into sprayed 9x13" dish.
3. Cover and bake 45 mins. Uncover and bake 10 mins.
