Low-Fat Blueberry Cheesecake Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 can fat-free sweetened condensed milk (14 ounce)
  • 1 cup lowfat buttermilk
  • 4 ounces fat-free cream cheese

Preparation

Step 1

1. Beat cream cheese and condensed milk. Stir in buttermilk and blueberries.

2. Freeze according to machine directions.

Used nonfat buttermilk and neufchatel, might use nonfat cream cheese next time - also puree the blueberries before adding! Would be good with other fruit as well.
