Ingredients
- 1 12 oz package prewashed cut green beans
- 2 tsp butter
- 1/4 cup shallots - chopped
- 1/4 cup pecans - chopped
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper

Step 1
Cook package of green beans in boiling water 1 1/2 minutes or until crisp-tender. Drain and plunge green beans into ice water, drain. Melt 2 tsp butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add 1/4 cup chopped shallots; saute 5 minutes or until lightly browned. Add green beans, 1/4 cup chopped pecans, 1/4 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper. Cook 1 minute or until thoroughly heated.
