  • 1 cup romaine lettuce
  • 1/2 cup spinach
  • 1 radish diced
  • 4 tablespoons sundried tomatoes
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 pound goat cheese
