Pesto Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/8 cup pine nuts
  • 3 tsp. basil leaves, dried
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley leaves, dried
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 cloves garlic

Preparation

Step 1

In food processor or blender, combine all ingredients. Process until smooth and creamy. Add more oil if necessary.

Any unused pesta may be frozen.
