- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1-1/2 cups milk
- 3 tablespoons prepared mustard

Step 1
Melt butter in a medium saucepan. Blend in flour, garlic salt and salt. Gradually stir in milk. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thick and mixture comes to a boil. Stir in mustard. Heat through.
Makes 1-3/4 cups/425 mL.
