Directions

1. Preheat the oven to 400'F (200'C). Line a muffin pan with papers cup liners. 2. In a large bowl, mix together the skim milk, lemon juice, brown sugar, oat bran, All-Bran Buds, and wheat bran. Let sit for 5 minutes. Beat in the egg and mashed bananas. 3. In a medium bowl, using a fork or a wire whisk, mix together all the dry ingredients. 4. Pour the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and mix until well combined. 5. Scoop into muffin cups. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until done.
