- 4 ounces sliced prosciutto (or some prosciutto rinds or ends)
- 3 pieces Parmesan rind
- 2 crushed garlic cloves
- A rosemary sprig
- 6 cups water

1. Combine ingredients, bring to a boil, simmer for 5 to 15 minutes, then strain.
