Multigrain Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup whole-wheat flour
  • 1/4 cup quick-cooking oats
  • 2 tablespoons yellow cornmeal
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup 2% milk
  • 1/4 cup nonfat yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 large egg

Preparation

Step 1

1. Combine flour-salt.

2. Combine milk-egg. Add to flour, stirring until smooth.

3. Spoon about 1/4 cup batter for each pancake onto a hot skillet.

Delicious and very, very easy. A light pancake - nice for multigrain. Added vanilla.
